{"id":288,"date":"2020-05-26T13:57:34","date_gmt":"2020-05-26T13:57:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4us2use.at\/?p=288"},"modified":"2020-05-26T13:58:30","modified_gmt":"2020-05-26T13:58:30","slug":"power-automate-flow-trigger-condition-modified-by","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/4us2use.at\/?p=288","title":{"rendered":"Power Automate (Flow) &#8211; Trigger Condition &#8220;Modified by&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4>Problem:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I created a Flow with trigger &#8220;SharePoint &#8211; When an item is created or modified&#8221; and went into an indefinite loop, because the system user modified the item and triggered the workflow again and so on. <br>So I had to add a trigger condition, to not start if the &#8220;modified by&#8221; user is my system account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Solution:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a bit tricky to learn, that I can&#8217;t use &#8220;Modified by Email&#8221; &#8211; I had to use the editors vaule instead.
